Pricing varies with bedroom and bathroom count, square footage, and frequency. Bi-weekly recurring service is 10 percent off. Weekly is 15 percent off. Add-ons available: inside oven, full sink of dishes, interior windows, deep baseboards, and more.

How much does house cleaning cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your home, the level of care you choose, and any add ons. We price the clean around your actual home so you know what you are getting before we start.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most recurring clients give us a code, key, or smart lock access. We clean, lock up, and let you know when the home is done.

Are your cleaners background checked?

Yes. Every team member passes a criminal background check before their first solo job. We also carry liability insurance.

Do you handle hard water buildup?

Yes. Springfield homes deal with stubborn mineral buildup on shower glass and fixtures. Our higher level cleans account for it.

Do you offer same day Airbnb turnovers?

Yes. Same day turnovers are built around the gap between checkout and the next guest arriving.

Can commercial cleaning happen after hours?

Yes. We can schedule cleaning around your operating hours so your team and customers are not working around ours.
