Service areas

Springfield, Branson, and the southwest Missouri communities in between.

Fifteen cities, two counties, one operations team. Each city below has its own page with the local detail that matters for cleaning service there — hard-water context, typical home types, STR turnover patterns, and the services that actually get booked in that community.

Coverage logic

Two metros, two operational rhythms.

We split our service area into two regions because the work runs differently in each. The Springfield metro is residential-heavy with a mix of recurring household cleaning, deep cleans, and the move-in/move-out work that comes from a fast-growing housing market across Greene, Christian, and Webster counties. The Branson Lakes area is short-term-rental-heavy — Friday-Saturday-Sunday turnover windows, cabin cleaning along Table Rock Lake, hot tub upkeep between guests, and portfolio coverage for owners and managers running multiple units. The product set, the equipment, and the staff training are tuned to each region's specific demand.

Stone County and Taney County exist on this site as separate pages because the property managers and STR portfolio owners working those counties think in county boundaries, not city boundaries. A Stone County property manager typically has units across Branson West, Kimberling City, Reeds Spring, and Galena and runs them as a single operation. Same for a Taney County manager working Branson, Hollister, Forsyth, and parts of Branson West. The county pages exist to anchor that portfolio framing — single point of contact across the county, standardized photo proof per property, volume pricing across the portfolio.

We do not chase service areas outside this footprint. Drive time is real cost in this business and stretching the route map past where we can deliver to standard would compromise every other client we already serve. If you are 90 minutes outside Springfield, the right answer is a closer vendor — and we'll tell you that rather than overcommit. If you're inside the footprint listed below, we are the local team built for cleaning service in your specific city.

Springfield metro

Greene, Christian, and Webster County coverage.

Eight cities across the Springfield metro. Residential cleaning is the bulk of the book here — recurring weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleans for households who want their weekend back, plus deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and post-construction work for the metro's fast-growing housing market.

Springfield, MO

Greene County

Springfield's mineral-heavy well water leaves stubborn calcium scale on glass shower doors and stainless fixtures — every Standard and Premium clean here includes a hard-water-aware shower scrub.

Cleaning in Springfield

Nixa, MO

Christian County

Newer subdivisions in Nixa skew toward 2,000–3,500 sqft single-family with finished basements, which moves most jobs into the Standard or Premium tier with a basement add-on.

Cleaning in Nixa

Ozark, MO

Christian County

Ozark's mix of established ranch homes and newer 4-bed builds means we see a 50/50 split between Standard recurring and Premium one-time deep cleans.

Cleaning in Ozark

Republic, MO

Greene County

Fast-growing bedroom community with a high share of move-in/move-out work as new families relocate from Springfield proper.

Cleaning in Republic

Battlefield, MO

Greene County

Compact, residential-only suburb where 90% of demand is recurring bi-weekly Standard cleans for working families.

Cleaning in Battlefield

Strafford, MO

Greene County

Rural-edge community east of Springfield — larger lots, longer driveways, more outdoor mud carried in. We default to Standard with the patio sweep add-on here.

Cleaning in Strafford

Willard, MO

Greene County

Northwest of Springfield with a high concentration of 1990s and 2000s subdivisions — most homes are 3-bed/2-bath in the 1,800–2,400 sqft range.

Cleaning in Willard

Rogersville, MO

Webster County

Webster County edge of the Springfield metro — wells and septic mean both hard-water mineral buildup and gentle-product requirements for septic-safe cleaning.

FAQ

Service areas, answered

What people ask about coverage before they book.

Where does eco provide cleaning services?

Two primary regions: the Springfield metro (Springfield, Nixa, Ozark, Republic, Battlefield, Strafford, Willard, Rogersville) and the Branson Lakes area (Branson, Branson West, Hollister, Forsyth, Kimberling City). Stone County and Taney County are our STR and property-management portfolio coverage. Each city has a dedicated page with the local detail that matters for cleaning service in that specific community.

Do you serve outside the listed cities?

Sometimes. We respond to inquiries from anywhere in southwest Missouri but ask before booking — drive time eats into the price calculation and we want to be straight about whether your address makes sense for a recurring relationship. The further you are from our routes, the more frequency or scope it takes to make the math work for both sides.

How do I know if you cover my address?

Find your city in the list below. If it's listed, we cover it. If it's adjacent (Galena, Reeds Spring, Marshfield, Fair Grove, Clever, Highlandville), reach out and we'll tell you straight. The booking form has a ZIP validation hint that confirms coverage before you spend time on the rest of the form.

Why do you have separate pages for each city?

Because cleaning service in Springfield is operationally different from cleaning service in Branson, and cleaning service in Battlefield is different from cleaning service in Republic — even when both are 15 minutes from downtown Springfield. The hard-water profile is different, the home types are different, the typical scope is different, and the search intent of the person typing 'cleaning service in [my city]' is different. One generic page would lose every one of those queries to a competitor with a city-specific page.

Do you charge differently by city?

The base rate doesn't change by city — it scales with home size, scope, and frequency. What does shift slightly is drive time premium for the more remote service areas (Forsyth, Rogersville, Kimberling City), and we publish that in the walkthrough. We don't run hidden surcharges and we don't price by ZIP code as a discrimination tactic — the price you see in the walkthrough is the price.
