The Springfield context

Yes — anything two cleaners can reasonably move (couches, beds, dressers up to a certain weight, end tables). We don't move pianos, gun safes, or full-load bookcases for liability reasons. If you have a specific piece you want pulled, mention it at the walkthrough so we can scope it correctly.

How long does a deep clean take?

Plan on 4-7 hours for a 3-bed/2-bath home with two cleaners. Larger homes, more neglected homes, or homes with significant pet hair can stretch to a full day. We'll give you a time window at your walkthrough — and we'll commit to it.

How fast can I get on the schedule?

Walkthroughs are typically scheduled within 48 hours and deep cleans usually land within 5-10 days of the walkthrough. Saturday slots fill first; mid-week mornings have the most flexibility.

Do you guarantee your deep cleaning work?

Yes. If you spot something we missed within 24 hours, tell us and we come back to make it right at no charge. The deep clean checklist is written down — if it was on the list and we didn't do it, that's our problem to fix, not yours.
