House cleaning in Springfield, MO.
Eco-friendly recurring and one-time house cleaning for Greene and Christian County households. Same lead cleaner each visit, written checklist, fixed price, no day-of surprises.
The everyday clean for the home you actually live in.
House cleaning is our default residential service — the one most Springfield, Nixa, and Ozark households book first. It runs on a recurring rhythm (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) with the same lead cleaner each visit whenever possible, so the person walking into your home already knows your priorities, your pets, your hard-water spots, and your access plan. The standard does not move because the person changes.
Our Standard package is the one most Springfield-area households land on. It covers everything you would expect — dusting top to bottom, all floors vacuumed and mopped, full kitchen and bathrooms, high-touch sanitization, baseboard speed wipe, and trash — plus the things competitors in this market routinely skip and then upcharge for: a full shower and tub scrub on every visit, microwave interior, light switch and door handle wipe, and window sills. The full written checklist comes with your walkthrough so you know exactly what's in your clean before the first cleaner arrives.
The single most visible problem we see in homes across Greene and Christian County is calcium scale on glass shower doors and stainless faucets. Springfield-area well water and even municipal water carry enough mineral content that a year of normal showering leaves a haze on glass that no household spray cuts through. Every Standard and Premium clean we run here includes a hard-water-aware shower scrub with the right chemistry for that buildup — without etching the glass, hazing chrome, or stripping the seal between tile and tub.

Three packages. Pick by what's actually included.
We don't price by the hour and we don't bundle a vague "deep clean" upcharge. We use three written packages — Starter, Standard, and Premium — and each one has a published list of what's in it and what isn't. Pricing scales with bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage above 1,500. Most 3-bed/2-bath Springfield homes land between $140 and $220 per visit on Standard before any frequency discount.
The frequency discount is the lever most clients use to control monthly spend. Monthly recurring is 5% off; bi-weekly is 10% off; weekly is 15% off. The math works because recurring service stays at maintenance level — a bi-weekly home doesn't need a deep clean every visit, so we move faster and pass the savings back. If you skip or reschedule with 48 hours notice, there is no fee and the discount stays intact.
Add-ons (inside oven, full sink of dishes, interior windows, deep baseboards, garage sweep, patio sweep) are bolted on per visit at published prices. They are not surprise charges. If you want one or two added permanently to your recurring scope, we lock that into your written checklist and your fixed per-visit price covers it from then on.

House cleaning across the Springfield metro.
Our residential coverage runs across the entire Springfield metro and into surrounding Greene, Christian, and Webster County communities. Springfield proper is the bulk of our recurring residential book, but Nixa and Ozark together carry the second-largest concentration — newer subdivisions in the 2,000-3,500 sqft range with finished basements that move most jobs into Standard or Premium with a basement add-on. Battlefield and Republic skew toward bi-weekly Standard cleans for working families. Strafford and Rogersville add a wells-and-septic context that we account for with septic-safe product selection on every visit.
We respond to inquiries from anywhere in southwest Missouri, but if you are outside the listed cities, ask before booking — drive time eats into the price calculation and we want to be straight about whether your address makes sense for a recurring relationship before we quote it. Walkthroughs are typically scheduled within 48 hours of a booking request, and the first clean usually lands within five to ten days of the walkthrough.
