Cleaning work that's actually planned.

Every job we send you to has been walked, scoped, and written down before you arrive. You know what's expected, the client knows what they're getting, and nobody is guessing. If you take pride in the work, that difference is the whole pitch.

What the job is

You’d be cleaning homes, short-term rentals, or commercial spaces across the Springfield metro and the Branson Lakes area — 13 cities across 5 counties. Those are two distinct clusters roughly forty miles apart, so where you’re based genuinely matters to what the work looks like day to day. Tell us where you’re starting from when you get in touch.

The part that tends to be different from other cleaning jobs is that the work is defined before you get there. Every property we take on starts with a walkthrough — someone visits, talks to the client, and writes down what this specific space needs and what the client actually cares about. That becomes a checklist attached to the property. You arrive knowing which rooms matter most, where the pets are, how you get in, and what “done” means here. When a client says something was missed, there is a written scope both of you can look at instead of an argument about what was implied.

Recurring clients are assigned a lead cleaner who stays with that home. You build up real knowledge of a property instead of relearning a new house every shift, and the client stops re-explaining themselves. That continuity is a promise we make to clients on the front of this site, which means it’s also a commitment about how we schedule you.

What you get

The things we can put in writing.

Compensation and schedule are a conversation, not a web page — ask us directly. These four are structural, and they’re true before you ever pick up the phone.

A written plan for every job

No showing up to a property cold. The scope for each space is built at its walkthrough and attached to the property, so you know what's expected before you walk in the door.

Products that don't wreck you

The eco-friendly set is the default, not an option a client has to pay extra for. You are not spending your day breathing solvent in a closed bathroom.

Steady, assigned clients

Recurring homes get a lead cleaner who stays with them. Familiar properties, familiar routines, and clients who know your name.

The tools to do it

A team handbook you can actually reference, your schedule and day view in one place, and a way to flag supplies before you run out rather than after.

What we ask

That you pass a background check. Every team member passes a criminal background check before their first solo job. It is not negotiable and it is not personal — we are asking clients to hand us a key to their home, and we can only ask that because we check.

That you show up. A cleaning schedule is a chain of promises to people who arranged their day around you. If you can’t make it, we need to know early enough to protect the client, and we would much rather hear it early than find out at ten.

That you care about the detail. The standard is written down, but no checklist catches everything. The people who do well here are the ones who notice the thing nobody wrote down and handle it, and who tell us when something in a home needs attention beyond the scope.

That you treat a home like a home. Most of our work happens in spaces where people live, often while they’re out and trusting us. Discretion, care with belongings, and leaving the place locked the way you found it are the baseline.

Tell us about yourself.

There’s no application form and no account to create. Call us, or send an email with where you’re based, any cleaning experience you have, and when you’re generally available. A real person reads it.

FAQ

Questions about working here

The things people ask before they call. If yours isn't here, ask us directly — we'd rather answer it than have you guess.

How do I apply?

Call or email us and tell us a little about yourself — where you're based, what cleaning experience you have if any, and when you're generally available. There's no online application form to fill out and no account to create. A real person reads what you send and gets back to you.

Do I need previous cleaning experience?

It helps, and it isn't a hard requirement. What we can't train around is reliability: showing up when you said you would, telling us early when you can't, and treating someone's home the way you'd want yours treated. The cleaning standard itself is written down and teachable — we'd rather train a careful person than inherit someone else's bad habits.

What does the hiring process look like?

A conversation first, then a criminal background check, which every team member passes before their first solo job. Before you're on your own you work alongside someone who already knows the standard, so your first solo clean isn't your first time seeing how we do it.

What will I actually be doing day to day?

Cleaning homes, short-term rentals, or commercial spaces across the Springfield metro and the Branson Lakes area, against a written checklist built for that specific property during its walkthrough. Recurring clients get a lead cleaner who stays with the home, so a lot of the work is with the same properties week over week rather than a different address every day.

What are the hours, and what does it pay?

That depends on the role and on your availability, and it's a conversation rather than a number on a web page — call or email and ask us directly. Our office hours are Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–4pm. Cleans are scheduled inside client windows, and commercial work is often outside normal business hours by design.

Do you use harsh chemicals?

Not by default. The eco-friendly product set is what we bring to a job unless a client specifically asks for something else. If you've worked places where the smell of the cleaning products gave you a headache by noon, this is a different setup.

Looking for a clean instead?

If you landed here looking for cleaning service rather than a job, you want a free walkthrough, our services, or the contact page.
