You'd be cleaning homes, short-term rentals and commercial spaces across the Springfield metro and the Branson Lakes area.

Every property we take on starts with a walkthrough. Someone visits, talks to the client and writes down what that space needs. You arrive with a checklist built for that property, so you know which rooms matter most, how you get in, and what "done" means there.

What the work looks like:

• Cleaning against a written checklist for each property
• Eco-friendly products by default, not as an upcharge
• Recurring clients get a lead cleaner who stays with the home, so you get to know the places you clean
• Working alongside someone who already knows the standard before your first solo job

What we ask:

• A criminal background check, passed before your first solo job
• Showing up when you said you would, and telling us early when you can't
• Treating every home the way you'd want yours treated

Experience helps but isn't required. We'd rather train a careful person than inherit someone else's bad habits.
